Site layouts for Epstein's personal tropical island among the images.
Also featured in this recent document disclosure is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up plans to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and contains a key labelling distinct areas of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as designs for boat shelters.
More materials disclosed as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
